We have been providing materials for use in the food and drink industry for over 50 years.

All materials sourced meet the relevant EU and US standards to ensure a safe supply and discharge of products. This is particularly important for drinking water treatment and in dispensing systems.

Our plastic components for the food and drink sector can withstand high temperatures during the cleaning process (CIP/SIP) and during the disinfection of machines and plants. This allows for the highest standards of hygiene to be guaranteed.

Our products are suitable for use in many stages of manufacture in the food and drink sector including food and drink preparation, beverage dispensing, monitoring and analysis and much more.

Using our tubes combined with suitable plastic connectors such as tri-camps, couplings and ball valves made of PVDF, PFA and PTFE as replacement parts for rigid pipes helps to avoid quick breaks in fixed applications. Our connectors and fittings are used in many dosing and filling systems due to their high media resistance and reliability. This gives more leeway when dosing pumps pulsate through diaphragms and vibrate faster or slower depending on how large the flow is.

We offer high-quality plastic products for a range of processes that must comply with high standards and approvals.

Products made from PVDF and PFA materials are suitable for hot steam sterilisation. PP and PEEK can be sterilised with γ radiation while fully retaining their mechanical properties. These products also comply with the standards and approvals of the FDA and/or EC 1935/2004, USP Class VI and are free of raw materials of animal origin (ADI-free).

Our customers in the food and drink industry often opt to replace stainless steel parts with our plastic connectors and fittings.  Whereas stainless steel connectors integrated into the CIP processes may not be resistant to cleaning agents, the alternative PVDF, PP and PFA components from EM-Technik are. Our products integrate simply. Forexample, our 3W welding tube adapter can be welded with a ball valve to create an application that is easy to remove.

All our plastic components used in the food and drink sector are FDA-Compliant and/or meet EG 1935/2004 regulations. The fixed connection is used to create process transitions from rigid pipelines to flexible tube lines or at pipe ends. They have impressive resistance to media and are reliable in the application.
