Our 1D Series

Certainly the right connection for your project! 

With more than 700 different flare connectors in the 1D series, we offer almost all common configurations in tube sizes, thread types, geometries and materials. Manufactured in 1/4″ to 1″ nominal sizes to clean room regulations or in our clean rooms (ISO 14644-1, Class 5 and 7).

Leak-free components are suitable for the safe use of process media in cleaning, coating and etching processes. This applies in particular to microelectronics and the semiconductor industry.

For installation in other areas, such as the chemical industry or water treatment, screw-in and screw-on fittings, elbow, bulkhead, T-fittings or spacesaver in the materials PP, natural PP, PFA and PVDF are used.

Our injectors stand for absolute reliable and efficient delivery and mixing of two media. The basic principle is simple: a gaseous media is used for the actuator; this media escapes at high pressure and high speed from a nozzle. During this process the media from the surrounding area is also drawn along and can be supplied to the downstream production process.

Generation 1+

Simplified handling in everyday applications

The Series 1+ connectors from emtechnik consist of only two parts: the fitting body and the pressure screw. The clamping ring is incorporated into the pressure screw. Your advantage: No extra clamping ring is needed, incorrect insertion of the clamping ring is impossible and no individual part can get lost.

Thread and grommet are integrated into the connector body of all Series 1+ products. Your advantage: thread and grommet are protected against external influences and can therefore no longer be damaged.

The Series 1+ unions convince with their easy handling. Your advantage: The connector is absolutely “hand-tight”, no tools are needed and assembly times are significantly reduced.

Our 3C Series

Simple, Safe and Germ-free

Our Tri-Clamp screw connectors made of high-quality pure plastics are used wherever absolute cleanliness and reliability are essential, such as in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The smooth surfaces form a hygienic base, which can be used to fit pipelines and connections that are not only clean but also germ-free.

Tri-Clamp connectors do not have any threads and are thus zero-dead-volume devices due to their minimised contact surface, which also prevents contamination. The system is also easy to install, making it particularly suitable for clean-in-place and steam-in-place cleaning.
